Black oxide transparent is a liquid weathering product used to create realistic rusts. It is a semi-transperant produtc that will leave a bit of a base color on the models.

Black oxide transparent must be shaken well before each use, so all of the ingredients are mixed evenly. You can also use a non metallic tool to mix it.

Apply the product directly on the model using a brush and let it dry. Follow up with Rust reactor type 1 and 2 to create a more realistic rust patterns.
